INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify TheBusinessClassifieds.com, and its partners, employees and advertisers, harmless from any loss, liability, and demand, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising from a claim, or proceeding made or initiated by a third party arising from use of a service provided by TheBusinessClassifieds.com in violation of this Terms and Agreement or your violation of a law or the rights of a third party.
